Abstract

PURPOSE:To promote a rising of combustion flame and a floating of floated combustibles by a method wherein a riser pipe connecting the shunt at the lower part of the incinerator with the flow mixing unit at the upper part thereof is arranged to show a wall-like shape, the main body of the incinerator is operated as a boiler and the secondary combustion chamber is made to be slant. CONSTITUTION:Shunt 2 at the lower part of the main body 1 of the incinerator is connected with the flow mixing pipe 3 at the upper part of the incinerator by a riser pipe 5 forming the right and left chamber walls of the combustion chamber 4. The cooling water is fed to the shunt 2 and flowed to the flow mixing pipe 3 while being heated within the riser pipe 5. The steam in passed through the steam extractor pipe 6 and separated from the liquid in the liquid separator 7 and then fed out from the steam extractor port 8. Floated waste materials fed from the combustibles feeding port 13 are flowed into the primary combustion chamber 4a from the secondary combustion chamber 4b along the surface of the slant incinerator floor 14. The combustion gas is flowed from the primary combustion chamber 4a into the secondary combustion chamber 4b and then discharged from the combustion discharged gas passage 11 to the chimmney 12.
