Abstract
PURPOSE:To protect a transistor (TR) from a reverse voltage, by connecting a diode in forward between the collector terminal and ground terminal of the TR discharging a residual pulse voltage remained in a capacitive load. CONSTITUTION:A diode D2 is in forward connected to a TR3 between the collector terminal and ground of the TR3. A reverse voltage applied to the emitter of the TR3 is applied to the diode D2, and the diode D2 is at high resistance state, i.e. insulating state to ground, then the TR3 is not destructed. On the other hand, the TR3 and the diode D2 are conductive to the residual voltage of a load capacitance C0, and the potential at point A is quickly restored to ground potential.
