Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize the replication without applying a high temperature process, by close-contacting a stamper to a photosensitive layer which is in the glass mode at the normal temperature under the heating condition of normal temperature or at <=100 deg.C and softening the photosensitive layer after removing the mold to perform the recording replication. CONSTITUTION:A smooth supporter is made of a material having a high transmittance of laser beam and a small degree of diuble refraction. A photosensitive layer having a <=100 deg.C melting point which is in the glass mode at the normal temperature or at >=10<5> P viscosity is formed on the supporter by coating. Then a stamper is adhered close to the photosensitive layer at the normal temperature or at <=100 deg.C with pressure. The ultraviolet rays are irradiated to soften the photosensitive layer after removing the mold. Thus the replication completes for recording of the information.
