CONSTITUTION:A major combustion chamber 4 and a minor combustion chamber 5 are connected together with a connecting hole 9. A swirl control member 10 is projected near the aperture of the connecting hole 9 to the minor combustion chamber 5, so that the upward current flowing into the minor combustion chamber from the connecting hole 9 is made to hit the member 10 before fuel is injected.
