Abstract

CONSTITUTION: This contact material is obtd. by adding 1W7wt% metallic oxide (A) on the basis of metal, ≤1.5wt% metallic oxide (B) on the basis of metal and 0.1W1.0wt% metal (C) to matrix silver, wherein ≥1 kinds of metallic oxides selected from zinc oxide, tin oxide and indium oxide, lithium oxide, and ≥1 kinds of metals selected from Fe, Co and Ni are represented by A, B and C, respectively.
