Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a developer which is suited to a jumping development, by mixing insulated nonfixed-form toner particles, insulated spherical toner particles and a fluid improver together. CONSTITUTION:The 43-400pts. insulated spherical toner particles are mixed with the 100pts. insulated nonfixed-form toner particles to obtain a single component type insulated magnetic developer 6. Then a 0.3-0.8pts. fluid improver is mixed with the 100pts. mixed toner mentioned above. The fluidity, the trio electrification, the degree of coagulation, etc. are adjusted by the ratio of the above-mentioned mixture. Thus the developing performance and the durability can be increased compared with the conventional toner, and furthermore the stability of an image is increased. In such a way, a developer suited to a jumping development is obtained.
