Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formulaI[R1 is H, acryl; X is hydroxyl; H, O- acyl; Y is H, acyl; Z is H, acyl phosphoric group, monophosphate group, diphosphate group, residue of phosphoamidate of formula II (R3, R4 are H, alkyl, aryl)].
EXAMPLE: Diethyl 5-fluorouridine-5'-phosphate.
USE: Carcinostatic agent.
PREPARATION: For example, 2',3'-isopropylidene-5-fluorouridine is dissolved in a solvent and diarylphosphoric chloride is added thereto to effect the reaction. Then, the reaction product is isolated by a usual method and subjected to column chromatography to effect the purification. Then, the product is hydrolyzed with an aqueous acetic acid, the solvent is distilled off and the purification is conducted with column chromatography to give the compound of formulaI.
