Abstract

PURPOSE: To continuously collect dust by a simple mechanism, by providing plural chambers having filters in the outside direction, on the outer circumference of a discoidal drum attached to a hollow rotating shaft, and collecting the dust onto the filters by sucking from the hollow part of the shaft and discharging the dust by reverse jetting.
CONSTITUTION: Plural chambers 3 having openings in the outside direction, which have filters 4 attached to their opening parts and have suction ports 5 communicating to the hollow part of a rotating shaft 1, are installed at the outer circumferential part of a hollow discoidal drum 2 attached to the shaft. Further, the outer filtering parts at the outer circumference are covered by an outside case 7 and gas 8 containing dust is introduced into the case 7 by actuating a sucking device 6 to collect the dust onto the filters 4 attached to the outside of the rotating chambers 3. When a large quantity of the dust are captured on the filters 4, the device 6 stops and a highly pressurized gas is reversely jetted from the hollow part of the shaft 1 through a reverse jetting port 10 to the filters 4 to remove the dust, thus taking out the dust from a discharge port 11.
