Abstract

CONSTITUTION:An engine 1 rotates a screw shaft 5 through a clutch member 3 so that a screw is driven. An oil pump 7 is driven by the engine 1 through an electro-magnetic clutch member 12, and is connected to an oil motor 8 through a control valve 14. The oil motor 8 rotates the screw shaft 5 through the electro- magnetic clutch member 15. The screw shaft 5 may be driven at a speed less than an engine idling speed by selecting a volume ratio of the prmp and the motor, thereby a ship may stop in a fishing area even when the tidal current is slight.
