Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable controlling the number of revolution in the limited multi-stages and stopping the engine by means of electronically controlling a stepping motor to continuously adjust the throttle valve opening degrees, and an electromagnetic gear for driving a stop lever.
CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic governor 9 provides a stop lever 11 in contrivance for forcibly setting injection rate of a fuel injection pump 7 to zero in order to stop the engine 1, and this stop lever 11 is driven through a connecting rod 16 by means of and electromagnetic gear 15. Besides, a stepping motor 12 to adjust the opening degrees of a throttle valve 4 is installed through a transmission gear 13 and a connecting rod 14. In addition, an electronic arithmetic unit 17 has the resistance value from a variable resistor 21 as input, and performs turning angle adjustment by means of controlling excitation current from excitation coils 12a to 12d of the stepping motor 12, electric conduction control of the electromagnetic gear 15, and electric conduction control of a starter 22 and a glow plug 23.
