Abstract
PURPOSE:To bring out granular powder of a compression type supply tank of granular powder supply tank of granular powder with high accuracy by supplying suitably controlled gas to primary and secondary sides of a resistance element disposed in a discharge pipe connected to the tank. CONSTITUTION:A resistance element 4 such as a fixed or variable throttle is disposed in a discharge tube 2 communicating a transport pipe 3 with a pressure tank 1, an air supply line 5 for controlling the quantity of delivery being connected to the primary side of the element. A booster line 8 is connected to the secondary side of the resistance element 4 or the transport pipe 3. Control valves 6, 9 and flow rate detectors 7, 10 are mounted on these lines 5, 8 respectively. In case of transporting granular powder in the tank, pressurized air is supplied from a pressure line 12, and transport gas is supplied to the booster line 8. Graular powder is fed through the discharge pipe 2 into the transport pipe 3 in pressure with the quantity of delivery controlled, by keeping the internal pressure of the tank constant to open the control valve 6.
