Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve accuracy of supply by a method wherein flow rate of a supply system of transportation gas in a compressed air tank with an aerator is controlled and connected with a transportation system, a secondary side of which is connected with an aeration system and constituted so that all of gas supply is flowed into the transportation system in a fixed quantity. CONSTITUTION:Based on the detected ouput of a pressure detector 13 and a flow detector 14, adjusting valve 11 is controlled by a pressure corrected flow adjustor 17 so that a fixed quantity of a pressurized transportation gas is supplied constantly to a transportation line 8. And an aeration line 10 diverged from the transportation line 8 is connected with an aeration cone and controlled so that most suitable aeration gas of a fixed linear velocity is introduced through a linear velocity adjustor 18. The density of a powdery and a granular materials in the vicinity of a supply device is made equal and accuracy of supply is made even as the aeration gas is supplied at a fixed linear velocity, and a transportation quantity of the powdery and the granular materials is made uniform as a fixed quantity of gas is supplied even if a transportation line pressure is varied.
