Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit the desired discharge amount to be obtained correctly by installing a screw feeder transporting device in a pressure tank and installing the tank weighing apparatus connected to a discharge amount controlling device, onto a powdered granule transporting apparatus having a constant discharge amount.
CONSTITUTION: When a gas valve 5 and a discharge valve 27 are closed, and powdered granules in a hopper 9 are fed into a tank 1, a level switch 30 detects the supply amount, and the tank 1 is closed after completion of supply. When the pressure in the tank reaches a prescribed value because of the gas pressure from the opened valve 5, a pressure switch 33 detects the pressure, and the valve 5 is closed. A discharge amount controlling device 36 detects the tank weight through a tank weighing apparatus 35, and the error in the tank weight due to the external and the internal pressure is eliminated, and the powdered granule discharge amount is calculated. The controller 36 compares the discharge amount set beforehand with the actual discharge amount, and the transportation amount of a feeder 16 is increased and reduced so as to obtain the coincidence with the discharge amount set, and the powdered granules are transported into a falling port 29 by a transportation instruction. Then, the discharge valve 27 and the gas valve 5 are opened to transport powdered granules at the falling port 29 into a discharge pipe 28 by a gas flow.
