Abstract

CONSTITUTION:An electron gun 1, a slow-wave circuit 4 having an input and an output waveguide 2 and 3, and a collector 6 insulated from the circuit 4 by means of an insulating stone 5 are fixed to a base plate 9. Here, the collector 6 is held in a collector encircling case 11 of an earth electric potential by means of an insulating member 10, and the case 11 is vacuum.
