A lead wire part 24, which is connected to a power source, faces to the electrode 23 at an angle of 45 deg.. Following that, the plate 22 provided with the electrode 23 is immersed in an acidic plating liquid such as a copper sulfate solution so as to perform electrodeposition plating on the electrode 23. Next, a square sheet network obtained by separating the plated part is cut into a circular shape with a given dimension, thereby obtaining a desired mesh sheet.
