PURPOSE: To obtain a nonmagnetic corrosion-resistant alloy with superior castability and a low m.p. enabling mass-productive die casting by preparing a composition contg. Fe, a specified amount each of C, Si, B, Mn, Cr, Ni and Co, and a specified amount of one or more among Ti, Nb, Ta, V, Al and Zr.
CONSTITUTION: The composition of an alloy for die casting is composed of, by wt., 0.015W0.08% C, 0.05W2% Si, 0.001W1% B, 10W30% Mn, 16W40% Cr, 8W 40% Ni, 1W6% Co, one or more among Ti, Nb, Ta, V, Al and Zr (0.075W0.4% Ti, 0.005W0.75% V, 0.1W0.3% Al, 0.005W0.6% Zr individually or 0.15W2% in total of ≥2 kinds among Ti, Nb, Ta, V, Al and Zr), and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities.
