Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the blasting direction of hot wind adjustable, to stabilize the conditions of a blast furnace, and to improve its productivity by joining a tuyere, a tuyere cooling box and a blow pipe by means of spherical seats respectively in a blast furnace tuyere device. CONSTITUTION:A blast furnace tuyere 11, a tuyere cooling box 13, and a blow pipe 13 are joined by means of spherical seats A respectively, and the installation angle of the tuyere 11 is adjusted freely with an adjusting device 14. The blasting direction of the tuyere is adjusted freely without displacing the blow pipe 13 in accord the fluctuations in the conditions of the blast furnace, and the blast furnace conditions are stabilized.
