Abstract
PURPOSE: To form a corrosion-resistant, non-tacky coating film having excellent bond strength, adhesion, etc., by forming an enamel film on an iron substrate, further forming an aluminum film having good adhesion to enamel on said enamel film, then coating a fluorine-contg. resin thereon and baking it when a coating film of said fluorine-contg. resin is formed on the iron substrate.
CONSTITUTION: An enamel film 2 having a film thickness of 15W200μ is formed on an iron substrate 1 by a dry process or a wet process. In order to improve the adhesion of the surface of the enamel film, the surface of the film is roughened to form a surface having 8W15μ in terms of surface roughness. Then high- purity aluminum is sprayed on the surface of the surface-roughened enamel film to form an aluminum film 3 having a thickness of 10W50μ. A fluorine- contg. resin such as polytetrafluoro-ethylene is coated on the film 3, and baked to form the desired corrosion-resistant, non-tacky coating film 4. In this way, the fluorine-contg. resin film, which is not easily peeled off, can be formed on the iron substrate.
