Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily obtain characters, patterns, etc. on the surface to be painted by forming a strippable film on the parts to be unpainted, coating paint on the surface to be painted and removing the strippable film.

Next, an undercoating agent 4 for improving the adhesion of paint to the molded article 1 is coated over the entire surface, after which curing by baking type paint is coated thereon, and is cured by baking, whereby a paint film 5 is formed. After cooling, the film of the parts 2 is stripped. Thereby, characters, patterns, etc. are obtained beautifully on the surface of the article 1.
