Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain anticorrosive films which are excellent in scratch-resistant and wear-resistant properties, reasonably and effectively, by forming the composite film of specified frit and alumina powder, etc., on the surface of steel plate to be used for making an enameled steel, and then coating flurine resin to said film and baking the resulting product.
CONSTITUTION: Mixed powder composed of frit which is recrystallized in part, and alumina powder or silica powder or their mixture, is applied on the surface of steel plate and baked when the film is formed. In this way, a composite film having uneven-shaped surface is formed. Then, this surface is coated with fluorine resin and baked. The concaved parts are formed by containing the recrystallized grains in frit and the convexed parts are formed by adding the alumina powder or silica powder to frit. They are strongly combined with the fluorine resin and layer exfoliation is eliminated. In this way, the enamel baking can be completed by one-time operation only.
