Abstract

PURPOSE:To securly prevent a foamable material from going round to the back of a core material when the core material is integrated with a foamed layer, by molding a foamed layer, which is to be formed on one side of the core material, between a mold and a cover covering the core material. In other words, occurence of cavities due to ununiform foaming or defectives due to uneven rigidity or the like would be prevented.
