Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the thinning of a shell of a bottom section of a multilayer vessel by prescribing thickness near to a gate section in a fixed form in a method that manufactures the multilayer vessel by successively injecting two kinds or more of resin from the same nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A metal mold, a total area S of a section thereof at equal distances r from a gate 4 of a metal mold cavity is minimized at some distances r2 and the thickness t1, t2, t3 of moldings thereof at r1, r2, r3 satisfies the relationship of a formula, is used. A three-layer vessel is manufactured in such a manner that a shell 2 is injected so that it reaches volume or more up to r2 from the gate 4 and quantity not more than the total volume of the metal mold cavity, and a core material 3 is injected from the same gate 4. Since structure near to the gate section forming a bottom section of the vessel is devised, the thickness of the shell in the gate section 4 is uniformalized, and is not thinned.
