Abstract
PURPOSE:To change a hysteresis width in accordance with a reference potential, by providing comparators comparing an input signal with a reference potential, and comparing the input signal with a potential dividing the reference potential. CONSTITUTION:A reference potential VR is applied to a - input terminal of an operational amplifier 12, and a potential dividing the reference potential VR with resistors R6, R7 is applied to a + input terminal of an operational amplifier 13. When an input signal Vi becomes the reference potential VR, the operational amplifier 12 is inverted, and when the input signal Vi reaches VR.R7/ (R6+R7), the operational amplifier 13 is inverted. When values of resistors R9, R10, R11 are suitably selected and the operational amplifier 14 makes holding operation, the input signal Vi is increased and when it reaches the reference voltage VR, the operational amplifier 14 is inverted to output a negative voltage, and when the input signal Vi falls down to VR.R7/(R6+R7), the operational amplifier 14 outputs a positive voltage.
