Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the reliability so that failures in a station can not be effected to other stations, and to make large-scale circuit integration easy, by providing a communication interface circuit and a self-diagnosing circuit common to each station including a controller station, and enabling each station for equal communication. CONSTITUTION:One-loop controlling controller stations 1, 2 incorporating a microcomputer control a plant 3. The control stations 1, 2 are connected to channels 7a, 7b via transmission/reception signal lines 17a, 17b and switches 9a, 9b. The controller stations 1, 2 consist of a communication interface circuit 11 making communication control, self-diagnosing circuit 12, a plant controlling circuit 14 controlling the plant 3, and a control circuit 13 including a microcomputer which controls the whole system. The circuits 11, 12 and 14 are circuits common to an N:1 backup circuit 4 and a display station 5 as well as the controller stations 1, 2. The circuit 11 makes equal communication with other stations and the circuit 12 disconnects the station itself from the channels 7a, 7b when it is in failure.
