Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the precision of thermostatic temperature with a small- sized and simple construction, by dividing a part of the circulation course of constant-temperature fluid into a bypass passage and branch passage and connecting an action means of the constant-temperature fluid in the branch passage. CONSTITUTION:Constant-temperature water flows branching to a cell tube 2a and a bypass tube 4 at large branch tube 3a passing through a circulation tube 5c, after said water is fed by a pump 6 and is made at a constant temperature by a heat exchanger 7 passing through a circulation tube 5b. Moreover, a flow passed through a constant-temperature water passage of a flow cell 1 and the cell tube 2b and a flow passed through the tube 4, are joined at a large branch tube 3b and joined flow reaches the pump 6 passing through a circulation tube 5a. By repeating such circulation, the sample in the cell 1 is maintained at a constant temperature. Hereby, the stability of the constant temperature can be improved because a flow rate of the constant-temperature water is increased compared with the case not having the bypass tube and the circulation time is shortened.
