Abstract

Meanwhile, the cooling water supplied from a cooling water pump 3 is introduced into small tubes 6 in the condenser 2 via a cooling-water feed pipe 4. The steam on the main body side and the cooling water in small tubes 6 exchange heat via walls of small tubes. Thereon, condensation is partly sprayed from sprayers 12 via a vacuum regulation feed pipe 10 and a flow regulator 11.
