Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent sticking of scale to the condenser and to maintain its capacity, and at the same time, to simplify the structure, by removing salt contained in the cooling water by means of a reverse asmotic film module.
CONSTITUTION: By driving a condenser 6 and operating the freezing cycle, cooling water pumped up from a water tank 1 by a pump 9 is sprayed on high temperature coolant flowing in a cylindrical condenser 2 by a sprinkler 11 and is cooled. On the other hand, by driving a pump 14, cooling water in the water tank 1 is pumped up and sent into a reverse asmotic film module 12. Cooling water in the reverse asmotic film module 12 is maintained to a specified pressure by the pump 14 and a flow adjusting valve 18, a part of the cooling water passes through the reverse asmotic film, and cooling water from which salt is removed is sprayed from the upper part of the cylindrical condenser 2 via water supply pipe 16, and it returns to the water tank 1. The remaining cooling water which has not passed through the reverse asmotic film passes through the flow adjusting valve 18 and is discharged as mist from discharge pipe 17 in exhaust duct 19.
