PURPOSE:To obtain a compact construction of a cooling device as a whole for cooling the sea water in fish tanks of a fishing boat by cooling a refrigerant condenser in its refrigerating cycle by sea water. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 10 is driven by an engine 4 of a fishing boat, and a condenser unit 20 and an evaporator 30 provided in each fish tank 3 are arranged with refrigerant pipes 41-44 between. In this construction, thermal medium of high temperature and high pressure is supplied to the condenser unit 20 and cooled by the sea water sent by a pump. This construction disuses a large-sized condenser and fan conventionally used in an air-cooled condenser or the like, and is allowed to be compact-sized as a whole.
