Abstract

PURPOSE:To economize the consumption heat energy by a method wherein the heat-exchanging waters for cooling a condenser and for defrosting a cooler are collected into one and same water storage tank. CONSTITUTION:The cooling of the condenser 1 is performed by the water sucked up from the storage tank 22 storing temperature-controlled water, supplied through a suction port 23, a cooling water pump 5, a pipe 6 and a sluice valve 7 to the condenser 1 and, after being heat-exchanged in the condenser 1, circulated to the tank 22 through a pipe 4. The defrosting of the cooler 8 is performed by the hot water sucked up from the storage tank 22, supplied through a defrosting water pump 19 and a circulating pipe 20 to a sprinkler head and, after being cooled, flowed back to the tank 22 through a pipe 11. In such a manner as mentioned above, because the heat-exchanged waters for cooling the condenser 1 and for defrosting the cooler 8 are collected into the tank 22 and circulated to the condenser 1 and the cooler 8 respectively, the efficient economy of the heat energy is contrived.
