Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure a stable and accurate action with a large conversion gain by generating a voltage according to the time until the frequency is counted in response to an input signal and the contents of the counting reaches a specified value from the response to the input signal. CONSTITUTION:As the input signal (a) shifts to a low level, a counter 16 is reset and starts to count the building of the reference signal fm. As the counter 16 counts by a specified frequency N, the -RC output moves to a low level to prohibit the counting. On the other hand, after the shifting of the input signal (a) to a low level, a switch S11 is turned on and the output (d) becomes 0 volt. Until the input (a) moves to a high level after the -RC output was down to a low level, a switch S12 is turned on to perform a voltage conversion. Then, a switch S13 turns on to shift the voltage of the output (d) while the input (a) is at a high level. This eliminates malfunctioning due to temperature changes, secular changes or the like thereby enabling an accurate operation.
