Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare a cone cup with improved baked state with preventing the occurrence of soot, by providing a baking mold of cone cup production unit with a steam removing mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: The baking molds 3 consist of the top mold 1 and the bottom mold 2, a seed solution for cone cup is fed to the conical hollow part 16 of the bottom mold 2, the top mold 1 is lowered and engaged with the bottom mold, and the seed solution is spread in the cup body channel 18 formed between the top mold 1 and the bottom mold 2. After this, the baking molds are transported to an oven and baked, since the cup body channel 18 is connected to the head part channel 19 and the steam channel 20 by the through channels 21 and 22, steam caused from the seed solution is discharged through the steam path 23 without filling the baking mold 3 with steam.
