Abstract

PURPOSE: Eclair puffs are conveyed in several lines and filled with cream at the raised position by inserting nozzles from the side and charging cream as the nozzles are being drawn out of the puffs, then the puffs are conveyed as descending, thus improving the quality of the products and simplifying the machine.
CONSTITUTION: Roasted eclair puffs are placed on the slat 24 on the conveyor 12, conveyed and stopped at a prescribed position. The slat raiser 37 raises the slat 24 and the puffs and the cream injecter goes foward by the aid of the cylinder 49 until the nozzle 44 is inserted into a puff from the side. The puffs is filled with cream from the nozzle 44 that is being drawn out of the puff by the aid of the cylinder 49. The slats come back to the original position and conveyed out.
