Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the channel selection time, by supplying a voltage corresponding to high-speed search to a window comparator through a swicth from a reference voltage source for varying speed search at the detuning time. CONSTITUTION:The output of an operational amplifier 6 is supplied to a window comparator 8 through a resistances 13 and 14, and meanwhile, a reference voltage for forced high-speed search is supplied from a reference voltage source 16 through a switch 15 to the connection point between resistances 13 and 14. This switch 15 is controlled by a muting signal from an intermediate frequency amplifier 2 and is turned on at the detuning time. In this case, if the resistance value of the resistance 13 is set to 10kOMEGA and the value of the internal resistance of the reference voltage source 16 is set to 100OMEGA, the voltage of the reference voltage source 16 is supplied to the window comparator 8 in accordance with turning-on of the switch at the detuning time as it is, and therefore, the output of the operational amplifier 6 is ignored.
