Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a positive image without reverse developing by carrying out processes of whole image exposure with electrostatic charge, removing electrostatic charge and writing on a photosensitive body of multiple layer provided with the surface photosensitive layer that is not sensitive to the wavelength of writing light. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive body consisting of a conductive layer 17, a red color sensitive layer 14 and a blue color sensitive layer 13 is charged with electrostatic charge while the red color sensitive layer is made conductive by exposure. Then, after the electric potential of the surface of the photosensitive body is set to zero by removing charge, if character information is written with a red color beam, then, the electric potential in the part exposed to the light is changed, and a positive image is formed. When the photosensitive body is evenly exposed with a blue color light after developing and transfer, then, the blue sensitive layer 13 becomes conductive and eliminates a static image.
