Abstract
PURPOSE:To make a status history data flow out from a memory circuit without changing the contents of an address register, by adding an access address operating circuit, in a status history memory device. CONSTITUTION:A status history memory device is constituted by providing a prescribed timing signal line 15 and a memory condition signal line 14 for writing an internal state signal 12 showing an internal state and reading out a status history data 13, on a memory circuit 11 for storing an internal state memory signal 12 showing an internal state of other device, and also providing an operating circuit 20 for operating an address signal of an address register 17 and an address differential signal 19, and generating an access address. Since this device is equipped with the address operating circuit 20, a data being in the proximity of a stop address when write has been stopped is read out without breaking down the write address information of the register 17.
