PURPOSE:To prevent generation of an instantaneous voltage drop and an induced noise, by electrifying a heater by a comparison signal of N pieces of saw tooth waves whose phase difference is made 2pi/N, and a set temperature, when an electrifying cylce of N pieces of heaters is decided, and a temperature control is executed. CONSTITUTION:Explanation is made as to an example in case of two heaters. An electrification period of the first and second heaters 1a, 1b is controlled by thyristors 2a, 2b, and a temperature of a common substance to be heated is controlled. To temperature controllers 6a, 6b are provided outputs of setting devices 4a, 4l and outputs of temperature sensors 5a, 5b, and a deviation is derived. Its deviation is provided to comparators 7a, 7b together with an output of a saw-tooth wave generating circuit 8, its compared output is sent to gate circuits 10a, 10b, and conduction of the thyristors 2a, 2b is controlled.
