Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent noise generated from an iron core by a method wherein a joint of a winding core is made to be an upper yoke part, and an iron core upper yoke part is fixed to an iron core seat of an iron core frame from the inside of an iron core window by means of a fixed plate so that the winding core is supported and fixed surely, and a shape of the winding iron core is made to be the same shape. CONSTITUTION:A joint 1a of a winding core 1 is positioned at an upper yoke part, and a fixed plate 17 is tightened to a fixed plate seat 16 of an upper frame 11 via a bolt 18. Further, the joint 1a is fixed from the inside of an iron core window to an iron core seat 13. Next, the entire winding iron core is tightened by a tightening band 10, and a lower part yoke part is supported. After that, upper and lower frame connecting plates 15 are passed through the gap between the outer surrounding surface of a leg iron and a bobbin of an electromagnetic coil 2 such that said connecting plate contacts with the outer circumferential surface, and then, the connecting plate 15 is fixed to the frames 11, 12 at a position where a lower part core frame 12 of a winding core lower part yoke part contacts within an iron core seat 14. And, the winding iron core 1 is supported and fixed surely and the shape of the winding coil 1 is made to be the same shape when annealing, thereby making the noise produced from the iron core to be reduced.
