CONSTITUTION:Each steel belt constituting the horizontal frame part 12A of a magnetic shield 12 forming a rectangle surrounding a winding 11 is made to have the breadth Wc wider than the breadth Ws at the both end parts. A longitudinal frame part 12B is made to be concave form to hold a prescribed insulating distance S between the outer circumferential face of the cylindrical winding 11. An electric shield 14 is provided at the inner wall of the longitudinal frame part 12B to moderate the concentration of electric field. By this way, the mechanical strength can be elevated, and vibration and noise being caused by magnetic force generating from the flux of winding can be reduced.
