Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce the process of work for assembling and reassembling of the subject reactor by a method wherein a coupling work is performed by inserting a junction core into the gap formed by the steel plate of an upper yoke core and the steel plate of two supporting leg cores at the corner of a core frame material. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular magnetic circuit is constituted by two supporting leg cores 1 and 2 coupled to the upper yoke core 3 and the lower yoke core 4, and each core is constituted by laminating a magnetic steel plate. The coupling of the upper yoke core 3 and the supporting leg cores 1 and 2 is performed in such manner that a long-sized and a short-sized magnetic steel plates are laminated alternately leaving a gap at the corner, and the junction core 5 is inserted in this gap section. Through these procedures, the upper yoke core 3 can be pulled out upwards from or inserted into the supporting leg cores 1 and 2 under the condition wherein no junction core 5 is inserted, thereby enabling to easily perform the assembling or reassembling work and to reduce the process of manufacture.
