Abstract

PURPOSE: To raise productivity by eliminating the need for a process to fix laminated iron core by the procedure in which a projection for skew is provided on the periphery of laminated iron core and then it is held inside mold to form skew and at the same time aluminum die casting is made.
CONSTITUTION: The projection 4 for skew is provided on the periphery of the laminated iron core 1A. The projection 4 is held by the skew cutting face 6 provided in the slide mold 5 for die casting to form skew and at the same time aluminum is cast into it. Thus, it is possible to enhance productivity by obviating the need for a process to fix to iron core 1A before die casting and also to lessen magnetic loss by eliminating weld for fixing the iron core.
