Abstract

PURPOSE: To save various construction costs by dividing a closed well into the upper and lower sections and opening a discharge pipe to the upper section and a suction pipe to the lower section.
CONSTITUTION: A well 6 that penetrates an upper underground water layer 4 and reaches a lower underground water layer 5 is divided with water-seaing rubber packing 7 to form an upper well 6A that has a water flow opening 8 pierced through it and a lower well 6B that has a water flow opening 9 pierced through it. The upper well 6A has in itself the end of a discharge pipe 11 opened, and the lower well 6B has in itself the end of a suction pipe 10 opened. Underground water is pumped up through the suction pipe 10 from the water layer 5 by a pump 12, and the pumped water is sent to a heat exchanger 13 and used there; then the water is returned to the water layer 4 through the discharge pipe 11. In this system the underground water is circulated, passing through a water permeable layer 17 and reaching the water layer 5, realizing the geothermal energy effectively with single well without causing pollution.
