Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the heat loss by convection from generating when the heat accumulator is provided out of the perpendicular by a method wherein the inlet of a water supply passage from the heat accumulator to a solar heat collector is situated higher than its outlet.
CONSTITUTION: A recovery port 3 from the solar heat collector 2 is provided at one side wall of the heat accumulator 1 and the water passage 4 to the solar heat collector 2 is provided at the other side wall of the heat accumulator 1. The inlet 5 of said water supply passage 4 is open at the location higher than the outlet 6 of the passage 4 and a buffer plate 9 is suspendingly provided near the inlet 5. Further the figure (A) is the sectional view of the heat accumulator 1 with the partially cutaway solar heat collector 2 developed to the both sides of the section of the heat accumulator 1.
