Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable the rise of water temperature by solar heat for a short time in a convention circulating type hot-water supply device in a hot-water unit for heating the water by the solar heat by forming a convection circulating passage of a panel- shaped passage having wide sectional area and a heat collecting pipe passage having small sectional area.
CONSTITUTION: A hot-water unit 1 is formed of elevationally long panel-shaped tank 2, which has a lower water supply chamber 3 and an upper hot-water retaining chamber 4, and a convection circulating part 5 for comunicating between the chambers 3 and 4. The circulating part 5 consists of a panel-shaped passage 7 reduced in width with a recess 6 formed over the entire width of the heat collecting surface side 2a of the tank 2, and a heat collecting pipe passage 8 formed of a plurality of heat collecting pipes 11 provided between the upper end wall 10 and the lower end wall 9 formed with the recess 6. A plurality of such units 1 are arranged in parallel, and connected so that the water from the inlet 2 is sequentially flowed through the chamber 3, the passage 8, the chamber 4 into the adjacent units 1 to thus construct the hot-water supply device.
