PURPOSE:To obtain a mechanism which decreases the number of parts, eliminates the need for adjustment after assembly, and has low power consumption, by providing a specific auxiliary lever, a pinch roller press-contacting lever, etc., which rotate through the operation of a solenoid respectively. CONSTITUTION:Once a solenoid 1 is powered up, an iron core 1a is attracted to rotate a bent lever 13 clockwise, and a roller 13a rotates an auxiliary lever 14 counterclockwise by pressing. At this time, since the energizing force of the 1st spring 10' is greater than that of the 2nd spring 11' operating on a pinch roller press-contacting lever 16 and a spring for returning a pinch roller lever 7, the lever 16 rotates counterclockwise while a locked part 14a and a locking part 16a are held engaged with each other. Through the rotation of this lever 16, the pinch roller lever 7 rotates clockwise until a pinch roller 8 comes into press contact with a capstan 9.
