PURPOSE:A growing agent for hair reaching quickly to papilla pili, hair-matrix cell, etc., providing immediately strong activating action, obtained by mixing a purified placenta treatment with whey to give a blend, adding the blend to a growing agent for hair. CONSTITUTION:A conventionally purified placenta treatment is blended with whey, and, if necessary, a deffated base prepared by purifying a vegetable extracted protein obtained from a plant containing vegetable protein, and 3,4- dioxyphenyl-L-alanine used as a remedy for Parkinson's disease and providing a problem of pilosis caused by its side effects, to give a blend, which is added to a common glowing agent for hair.
