CONSTITUTION:A plurality of fine holes 13, 13... are penetrated in the thickness direction in the vicinity of the periphery of a thin film vibrating plate 4. The plate 4 having the holes 13, 13... is adhered to a body 10 with an adhesive. The adhesive forms an annular thin film adhesive part 11a between the plate 4 and the body 10.
