Abstract

731,642. Electric horns. BOSCH GES., R. July 3, 1953 [July 5, 1952], No. 18434/53. Class 13. A flat vibratory disc 6 having a reinforced edge 8 is centrally connected to the diaphragm 5 of an electromagnetic horn. The reinforced edge is in the form of a continuous or discontinuous rim and the disc is made of aluminium, ceramic, glass or thermo-setting synthetic material. The armature 3 when vibrating hammers against the electromagnet 2 and a stop on the side of the diaphragm away from the armature may also be provided. Specification 193,045, [Class 13], is referred to.
