Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the space when a plurality of oscillators are used, by allocating different oscillators in one package. CONSTITUTION:Tuning type quartz oscillators 12a, 12b are mounted so that a supporting member 11 fixed to a stem 10 is clipped. A voltage of opposite polarity is applied to an electrode of oscillators 12a, 12b. Two oscillators are oscillated with opposite phase. Since the displacement of oscillator bases 13a, 13b is cancelled with each other, the energy from the supporting member 11 and the stem 10 to outside can be much reduced. Thus, two oscillators can be located in a superminiature case. As an application, the unit is most suitable for temperture compensation taking into consideration the two oscillators.
