Abstract

PURPOSE: To form FRP pipe continuously, by manufacturing a resin pipe which becomes the inner core layer by extrusion molding, winding thermosetting resin impregnated glass roving on its outer periphery and glass yarn on the roving, hardening by ultraviolet ray and far infrared ray, further extruding thermoplastic resin and covering it.
CONSTITUTION: An inner core layer is shaped by extruding a rigid polyvinylchloride pipe I, and it is cooled and taken up, then a glass roving M impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin is wound around said rigid polyvinylchloride pipe which becomes the inner core layer in the state arranged uniformly in its axial direction. Further, the FRP layer is manufactured by winding the glass yarn m' like twilling and performing the surface hardening by ultraviolet ray and the inner part hardening by far infrared ray, and a composite pipe is completed by extruding and covering thermoplastic resin O on the surface of said FRP layer and cooling, then it is taken off and cut. By this, the highly productive FRP composite pipe can be offered at a cheap price.
