CONSTITUTION:The receiving semiconductor switching element 9 is off in case no input signal is in the element 9, and the current flows in a route of the power source 4-the base of the transistor 7-the power source 4. Thus the transistor 4 is turned on, and the SCR is not turned on. Accordingly the load 5 has no operation. The element 9 is turned on with the transmission given by the receiving semiconductor switching element 3 to flow the current. Thus the base current of the transistor 7 is reduced to turn off the transistor 7. As a result, the current passed through the resistance 6 flows also to the gate of the SCR, and the SCR is turned on with increment of the current at the gate. Thus the load 5 has an operation.
